Viola Beach – Boys That Sing
Viola Beach are just about to embark on a nationwide tour supporting Blossoms and ‘Boys That Sing‘ is their new single. This is the second release from the Warrington four piece following their massively contagious debut ‘Swings and Waterslides‘ from last August.
This latest track is another three minutes of poppy-rock loveliness. An infectious blend of sun-drenched guitar pop and indie rock that boasts catchy hooks and soaring melodies. It’s full of delightful ska-like rhythms and cheeky lyrics ‘She’s a rhino, she’s a wino. She’s a tightrope, we’ll be fine though’, with a melody-strewn, feel-good chorus made for dancing drunkenly in the sunshine. The fun and enthusiasm of Viola Beach will effortlessly sweep you along and it’s a track that will attract a lot more airplay.
